Guillermo Perez
Chef Guillermo Perez is passionate about California’s local produce & seafood, and is an expert in crafting menus that feel both innovative and comforting.
Guillermo started his culinary career in 1995, at age 16. He has worked in over thirty kitchens, from small brew pubs to top fifty restaurants. Guillermo studied under chefs like Todd Humphries and Kelly McCown, and was the executive sous chef under Hiroo Sone at Michelin-starred Ame for over four years. Guillermo was the owner and executive chef of Fogcutter Catering, which was voted “Best Wedding Caterer” by San Francisco Magazine for three consecutive years.
Najla Turcyzn
Chef Najla Turcyzn is the true definition of a jack of all trades. She is expert in ceramics, cheese, and third wave coffee, along with pretty much every other aspect of the culinary world.
Najla’s passion for food first sprouted while running the cheese department in an unnamed national grocery chain, back when they were still cool. That passion bloomed during her time working in the kitchen at 20th Century Cafe, and fully blossomed during her time as the owner and pastry chef of the Papa November coffee truck. Najla was the pastry chef and sourcing manager at Fogcutter Catering, managing not only their pastry production but also their ingredient sourcing practices and relationships with local farms.
